These terms and conditions apply to purchases made on this web site from
www.boxx.com.au , by Boxx Sydney Pty Ltd ABN 34 098 125 770.
All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance
by Boxx Sydney .
Boxx may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers
on reasonable prior notice to you. If Boxx requests payment for increased prices,
you may cancel the order by giving notice to Boxx , which must be received within
seven days of the announcement of the increase.
Orders & delivery
Boxx or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in
your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Where the
goods are not available you will be notified of this by Boxx as soon as possible.
Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Boxx to
be authorised to receive the goods. You must ensure that a person over that age
is available to accept delivery of the goods. If there is no-one at the delivery
address or no-one of appropriate age to receive order, Boxx may charge you additional
delivery fees. Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is
your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.
Returns & refunds
Boxx has its own Returns Policy . Please refer to this returns policy if you need
to contact us about a return or a refund.
Prices & payment
For each online order, you must pay:
the applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by Boxx ; a message card if
desired and the delivery and handling fee specified on the web site at that time.
Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit
card information provided to Boxx is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology,
an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet.
At this stage we can only accept payments using the methods stated in the Orders
& Payment section of this web site. We are unable to accept COD charges. Payment
must be cleared before the goods are dispatched. Prices and range on this web site
may vary from Boxx commercial sales pricing.
Your account
You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your E-Mail address
. You are liable if your E-Mail address is used by an unauthorised person. You agree
to release and indemnify Boxx in connection with any use (whether authorised or
unauthorised) of your E-Mail address . Boxx may suspend or cancel your account at

Boxx aims to include up-to-date pictures of all of the goods on this web
site. However, our picture of the goods may differ from the actual goods.
We recommend you read the labels on the goods carefully before using the goods.

Applicable law
All purchases under this web site and these terms and conditions are subject
to the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Credit cards
At present we are not able to accept web payments made with a non Australian credit
card, given the limitations that we face in establishing that the user of the card
is legitimate. Payments from overseas customers are accepted via Electronic Funds
Transfer.
Payments
Payment is expected upon collection or in advance of delivery. Identification may
be requested when collecting goods. Payment details shall be finalised prior to
despatch unless you have an approved account.
Please do not use P.O. Box numbers as your delivery address.
Cheques
We accept company, bank or personal cheques only by prior arrangement. Cheques are
not cleared funds and goods will not be despatched until the cheque is cleared by
the issuing bank.
Cheques are subject to clearance delay, normally 3 business days.
(Boxx , at its discretion, reserves the right to refuse payment by cheque).
Delivery address and contact details
When placing an order with us, where we are to deliver goods to you, we require
a physical street address . To assist us in processing your order, please provide
your land-line phone number . Delivery is via courier and cannot be to a Post Office
Box . Please note that an authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address
to sign for and collect the goods.
