2) How do I shop at Boxx online?
Go to browse, select your product, press more info and press add to cart. You will
be directed to the shopping cart with the selected item. Press continue shopping
to select other products or choose check out when you are ready. You will be asked
for delivery and payment details in the following.
In order to view your selected items while browsing the website you can press view
cart at any time.
3) How can I pay?
Boxx accepts two types of payment methods. We understand that not everyone has a
credit card; we also offer an offline payment
option.
4) Secure Credit Card
Web payment can be made via credit card (MasterCard and Visa) in our secure environment.
Your credit card details are not stored on our servers but are passed directly onto
the banks through highly secure and encrypted channels for authorisation. Payment
by credit card is the easiest and most efficient method of shopping at Boxx. Please
note that we may contact you for proof of identity in the case of large orders.
5) Offline Payment
If you are still not comfortable purchasing online, please call our friendly staff
on our toll free number 1300 885 778 where we are happy to take your order, payment
and delivery details over the phone. Of the offline service we can accept Visa,

6) What is the cost of deliveries?
The flat rate shipping costs are: AUD$ 8.50

The above prices exclude bulk orders. We will contact you via email with additional
charges should your package require this.
Disclaimer: You can rest assured that we do
everything we can to ensure your parcel is delivered on time. However, occasionally
some delays may occur from our carriers that we have absolutely no control over.

7) How long before I receive my purchases?
Your order will be delivered during normal working days between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
To ensure a safe and prompt delivery, we recommend you deliver to your work address
if you're not going to be home during normal working hours. Your package may require
a signature. We'll need your daytime phone number so we can contact you if there
are any problems with your delivery.
When ordering multiple items, your order will be delivered in one shipment to reduce
shipping costs. In the event that multiple items are ordered and some of which are
immediately available and others are on backorder, we will wait until all items
are in stock before shipping. If you would prefer separate shipments, that is no
problem - simply contact us to arrange it. (Additional shipping fees may apply).

8) Can I exchange my purchases?
Yes. Boxx offers a 14-day exchange policy for unopened and unused products; the
products must be in a resalable condition. Sale, specials and 'No Return Base' items
cannot be exchanged.

9) Can I pick up my purchases?
Yes. When you have completed your order please select 'pick up'. We will inform
you via email that your order is ready.
